Parkrun fabulousness

Started the year with this beautiful sunrise at Deal where Herb smashed his parkrun PB again getting it down to 28:00. Then back to folkestone for yet another storming run and another PB of 26:59!
I’m going to be looking for a Saturday morning babysitter soon, must be able to run fast!
