Alder Catkins

I slept rather late this morning and then was out to lunch so the camera had very little use today.

My daffodils are showing green shoots, the catkins have appeared on the tree and we haven't really had winter yet ..... yesterday was bright but very cold and frosty, today it has been dull and dreary again.

I most certainly need to go for some exercise tomorrow to start walking off the results of festive festing.
