Distant hills

Every year at this time (for about 4-10 weeks either side of winter solstice) we get spectacular sunsets from the windows of our lab.

Every year I post similar views.

I'm not usually a big fan of constantly repeating myself, but I thought this view warranted a repeat blip. It's earlier than usual, the sun hasn't sunk has far and I like the way it's lighting up the distant hills.

The hills are those above Newburgh, running along the south side of the Tay in NW Fife. Not sure of their name.
