Day 2 of only juicing..
Chris spent most of the day in Birningham helping his step dad move his furniture into storage as they are selling the house, but he forgot to take his late afternoon juice so ended up having an apple instead. One of the 'rules' of this juicing thing we are doing is that if you have to skip a juice for whatever reason you can have a piece of fruit. The same goes for if you are really struggling and are going to give up, sometimes it's nice just to chew! But you can only have a max of 2 pieces of fruit a day and like I said it's an emergency thing.
We are both knackered - Chris mainly from moving furniture but also the same as me - it is hard the first few days when you don't have the regular junk food and your body is missing it. It would be so easy just to eat but then what would be the point of starting in the first place? Eyes set on the goal...
Time to chill with smudge the cat and this warmed spiced apple juice. You put sliced oranges in the pan for last 5 minutes.. it even had a hole in the middle for my straw!
