End of year stuff

We are in that time of the year which I dislike the most of anything that I do here. Annual Reports, expense reports, budget meetings etc. They tend to suck the joy out of life, but I do them because it is a good discipline, and really because I have to so that I can do the fun people stuff.

Sigh.

So this was my view for most of the day. Data. Records. Spreadsheets.

It will soon be over. I remind myself with each breath. Breath deeply.

I write myself into a corner that I can’t seem to get out of. So I go for a short walk and try to clear my head.

Besides, I get to do people stuff over supper.
