Last Night of the Lights

Seen the trees plenty of times during the day.  We were either too busy, or it was rainy, cold, or we just didn’t feel like going out to see them, after dark, in their full splendour.

Neighbours said they were going yesterday, the last chance before they are dismantled. So joined them. Met for a drink and then we strolled through the gardens along with many others. They are beautiful, especially in their location, the Lower Gardens, by the Pier and Beachfront. Strange they aren’t up till Sunday as Bournemouth is still buzzing.

Just back from blood tests (Vit D, and B12
- re vegan diet - for which I am taking supplements). And then on to my lovely dentist who kindly fitted me in for a suspected filling. Luckily not needed, he did a check and filed a tooth down - went to pay - no charge. Welcome news.

Now sitting on a bench in the garden. A really ‘warm’ sun (for the time of year). Absolutely lovely. Then meeting friends at 60 Million Postcards in a couple if hours - haven’t had an Aspall for an eternity.
