Improvements?

I'm sure the hospital has improved since Dr Ricketts retired in 1914, but it didn't seem like it whilst Mrs WW was waiting 2 hours for the blood test that she had to request as her oncologist hadn't. No appointment just join the daily queue they said!

Still, Boris is on the case so nothing to worry about then...
