Churchyard of St Peter in Sharnbrook

Needed to go and see a customer in the village of Sharnbrook today, so did a little research first, hoping they would have an interesting village sign to blip. This came up on Google, a mausoleum for one of the great and good families of the village going by the name of Magniac. It's a huge stone chest, with many inscriptions and the frieze is formed by a colourful marble decoration. Of course with it having been build in 1870 and I am guessing little done to maintain it since then, I can't actually say the marble stands out all that much anymore. But it is certainly very striking as you approach it and it is in a lovely setting. A bright sharp sunny day.
