Disagreement

J had very kindly offered to fit the new reversing camera I bought a few weeks ago.  Not a super-duper model, but it does have 2 cameras which have been positioned to give both a great full-road view and a much more vertical view looking down over the storage box at the rear.  When J called up last night and offered to do it today I was very happy to take it round to him :)  He's worked on it for much of the day and it's great to have a clear view when reversing big ol' Gerty.  Fantastic :)  

In the meantime, the winds have continued throughout the day curtailing any thoughts of getting stuck into the garden furniture staining I've been waiting to do.  Nothing for it then but to sit and watch the cricket and the birds again.  Today's gathering had quite a few starlings as well as the usual blackbirds, thrushes and sparrows.  At one point there was a heck of a to-do with 3 or four of the birds squawking loudly and flying en masse into this tree.  I'm pretty sure the one on the right is a starling and the two on the left are blackbirds and all three seem to be sounding off to whoever is out of sight to to the right.  Love the puffed up feathers......makes them look m-e-a-n!!!
