since the early days

As our tenant decided they would leave our flat just before winterfeast, rather than let another one in we are readying it for sale, ideally in such a way as to pay off what we owe for it as well as the house. It needs a bit of cleaning and suchlike but will also inevitably require a few then and now photographs.
