The Double

Parkrun as usual to start Saturday... as I had another run I eased off and paced a clubmate to a PB 20.49 which was a big chunk off.

Short rest then our clubs annual 10k along the beach

Back home then onto the painting... door frames / skirting / French door.... the worst... 9pm.... done!
