Hot!!!

Taken in my garden - 5pm temperature last evening - it had come down to just under 40degC from 44 earlier.  A cool southerly came up the coast during the night.  It was another horrific day for bush fires with armed forces now involved, evacuating people from beaches onto ships!  So many fires out of control - the focus is on saving lives rather than property.  OK here so far though some air conditioners have been failing.
