Waxing moon

A pale waxing moon 
Rising high above the trees
Late afternoon light.

The Christmas decorations have been taken down and the Nativity scene back in its box. My little living room will feel empty for a day or two.

A sunny day the whole day with a cold wind blowing this morning,  but as soon as it dropped this afternoon, I went out walking.

Lots to do next week, but I'll take it one day at a time!
