Nativity Figures

These chaps have been turning up at my parents nativity scene for more than half a century and maybe longer. Some are feeling their years now, with Mary looking especially worn down, a doppelganger infant Jesus, Gaspar almost losing his head and a shepherd now looking after an easy-to-find three legged sheep.
