Woodlouse (Oniscus asellus)

9°C  -  Feels like 4°C  -  27 mph Wind  -  38 mph Gusts  -  Cloudy  -  Rain.  I found this Woodlouse (Oniscus asellus)  - we call them Slaters -  on my kitchen floor this morning.  He must’ve been lodging here while I was away.  Anyway, as soon as I’d blipped him, I evicted him to the garden where he belongs.  Actually they are not insects, they are crustaceans and are related to saltwater Prawns.  Like Prawns they can be cooked and eaten just like prawns.  If you don’t believe me  -   just watch this YT video.  You can learn more HERE!
