This particular Trofast is labelled "allotment" and indeed once lived in the allotment shed, as did the big hank of green allotment-string, but on this occasion both the Trofast and the string and the drawer were in the house, not at the allotment where I could have done with them an hour or so earlier, instead having to fiddle about with inflexible wire to make a temporary pre-holiday repair.
