Team Training * Life Changing

Rewind back 6 months and I would have walked past this studio, scoffed at the corny slogan and walked on. Now you will find me right here, 4.45am almost every week day, drinking the metaphorical F45 coolaid loving that I am doing something positive for the health and longevity of both my mind and body. It definitely is team training but more importantly to me it’s life changing.
