Oops

At Parkrun this morning, I was being ever so careful so as not to slip on the mud. Instead, I tripped over the tiniest kerb thing between the muddy grass and the tarmac, bracing my fall with my hands, elbow and knee. It stung a bit, and my elbow dribbled down my arm a little. I told the marshal if it started dripping, I’d stop. I was well past the halfway mark by then, so it seemed a shame to stop. I finished with a pretty good time, considering.

I patched myself up at home with bamboo panda plasters that Santa had considerately brought me.
