Morning Walk

I actually managed to get my fat arse out the door and go for a walk in the early hours this morning. I had the usual battle in my head to go and lay on the couch. 'Start tomorrow' 'next time for real'.

It is quite humid of course, but some clouds protected me from the blaring sun in at the end of the walk.
