30+ years of history

When H (the tall woman) told me they were celebrating their 30th wedding anniversary (pictured man) we worked out we’d known each other for about 36 years.. and I’ve known S (the shorter woman) for more than 30 years. Where did this time go? Unbelievable!

So, a lovely day of catch ups - H and R in the morning, and S in the afternoon.

Trips home are all about family and good friends (and maybe good food and wine)!

In the evening we took my 20yr old nephew to the airport; he’s got a month in Europe with friends. I’ve never seen someone pack so much stuff, we culled some but he still needed a laptop, iPad and mobile. Too much hassle me thinks, but he’ll learn.

The day finished on the beach with a lovely sunset..
