Making Action Plans is a part of person centred planning. This is what our inservice day involved today. The neutral venue was helpful and the lunch was good. The coffee break mid afternoon was appreciated.
As a newly merged school moving forward as one is challenging and I hope today was a positive starting point for us all. I am determined to make it work and I hope everyone else is on the bus too...
