Physiotherapy at the hospital this morning- I’ve been given 4 exercises to do and a review in 6 weeks.

Lunchtime I grabbed a sandwich and 4 small bags of gravel in a very unwieldy shopping trolley. I needed assistance from a worker at the garden centre (felt a big embarrassed about that but hey ho).

I can empty the gravel (Cotswold stone) on the drive when I get back and then I’ll no longer be walking through lots of mud and making a mess of the doormats! It’s the little things :-)
