I think there may be a problem

Local walking today. Listened to a busker in London Bridge Station. He was a Tenor and belted put some great songs. 

Had a coffee and a snack and then headed along the Thames where I came across this scene. It got worse - see my extra - but then the engine was shut down. Would have used this as main blip if I had been able to capture the full head in shot.
