Back on track exercise wise

For the first time since 21st December I have achieved my step target of at least 10,000 steps a day. Christmas and New year closure of the Peak (and associated fitness class “holidays”) plus the man flu has limited my exercise. Today after a better night’s sleep and fewer flu symptoms I was able to spend an hour in the gym this morning and attend Fit4Life class this afternoon. Couldn’t quite manage a double Fit4Life session!! Net result was that I met my step goal. Hopefully I will be able to continue to do this, avoid treats and get my weight loss journey back on track.
