'Sweet Relief'

Finally some cooler weather today in Melbourne.

Not so for Sydney who suffered through their hottest day ever on record with top temps near 46 degrees. Whoa, 5 more than us yesterday.

Our minimum overnight temp was around 30 degrees early this morning, and thing gradually cool down during the morning to a much more comfortable low 20's for the rest of the day.

There is a very big fire burning out of control in the Gippsland area east of Melbourne, and authorities are suggesting that it might be burning for at least a couple of more weeks. Yikes. Hope they get some rain soon. Just heard that its size is 48000 hectares.

I have blipped this windmill before, but the sky was so nice tonight that I had to capture it once again, also managed some nice cow and horse shots too.
