Chicory Time

Today I had Chicory for the first time ever. I didn't know what it was a few days ago. Now I know it's delicious with blue cheese. We had this in a potato salad with Roquefort and walnuts. It was so nice.

As till dizzy today. Less so than yesterday but still pretty rubbish. My friend Abby came to visit which was great. Catch up was good and I discovered more eco products!
