Lorna with the dog

For several years Lorna's family produced an annual scrap book. Crammed with all sorts of documentary ephemera such as newspaper cuttings, letters, art work, theatre programmes, and photographs, these annuals form a type of family archive.

Lorna's niece owns two of these annuals, for 1931/2 and 1932/3. She has kindly lent them to us so that we can source further content for Lorna's blipfoto journal. Lorna's niece is currently on a mission to contact members of other branches of the family to see if she can track down further editions of the annual. Fingers crossed that she is successful and we have access to more interesting content to share here.

There are a couple of photographs of the teenage Lorna in the 1932/3 annual, including this one where she is playing with the dog in the garden. The photograph was taken in Sheffield, where the family lived at the time.
