Sour doh!

It's ages since I made sourdough bread, but my neighbour gave me some starter so I felt obliged to make some.  (It's a welcome present like giving someone a kitten!) 
The rise wasn't great (see extra) but it tastes good.  It's maybe over proved? The recipe I used suggested proving for 10-13 hours while other recipes suggest 30 mins to an hour.  Advice welcome.
