Wolf Moon - no eclipse

I set off to Huddsbird's late afternoon. The full moon was wonderful and very clear. I stopped to bag a blip just in case, though I wanted to get a shot of the eclipse. I had a wonderful view of the moon throughout my journey but it was a little early for the eclipse.

We drove over to Cleckheaton to a wonderful Chinese restaurant. I took my camera to capture the eclipse but the cloud was covering the moon fully and it was the same when we left the restaurant. What a disappointment. I was glad I had stopped to take it earlier.

The meal was wonderful and we had a good catchup.
