Charcuterie

Various salamis, cheeses (Humbolt Fog, 5 year Gouda, Gruyere), grilled olives, homemade pickled golden beets, and crackers. Wine: Andrew Murray Alisos Vineyard Syrah 2017.

This remains one of my favorite approaches to dinner. I’m very pleased with how the pickled beets came out.
