Sillly Saturday

Well Thursday really. Doing my community good deed, taking the neighbours bins off the road to their gardens, I stepped over a small wall and put my foot on a small ledge, my ankle gave way and I went A over B and injured my foot.
I think it is the cuboid bone either bruised or worse, anyway remedial work was needed. Anyway it was my own fault going out in unsuitable footwear and taking a short cut. 
They can take their own b****y bins in in future. Lol. 
So thanks ~admirer~ for giving us Silly Saturday and allowing me to force a reluctant smile.
No sympathy please, it was my own fault.
