First World Problems

Our government (the States of Guernsey) continually parp on about the Digital Greenhouse and state of the art connectivity, but meanwhile, here in the hospital, there are only 6 channels on the TV, the wifi is shockingly poor, and mobile reception is one bar and fluctuates between 4G and 3G.
