A Saturday Stroll

One of a series of bridleways and paths which form a circuit of St Ives Estate in Bingley. You can add to it or cut it short depending on fitness. A couple of lads who were having a coffee in the tearoom were extending their walk to include Goit Stock waterfall which is on the opposite side of the valley.

I just did my normal circuit which means I’ve done it three times in six days! Not much wildlife about today though but plenty of people out with their dogs. Maybe the cold and windy weather was to blame. Oh I did see the heron again on the island in the lake, or pond as it is known. It was in exactly the same place as it was Thursday.

A Lego-free day so far, I’ll probably do a bit more tonight.
