Floody

It was off down to Stobo with L for a pool run and a swim. The heavy rain through the night has left much of the land near the river flooded (not to mention stretches of road). By the time we came back a few hours later it was much worse, thankfully the rain was less persistent by then.

Then it was into town for a friends 80s themed 40th birthday! Brilliant to discover some of her friends were people that I hadn’t seen for years - had a great time catching up with them. I was ‘Des’ and thankfully the roads seemed a lot better by the time we were heading back.
