Finally

Early start to get to the Foxlake winter 10K. Strong winds in Scotland to day but at least it wasn’t raining in Dunbar like Edinburgh. Run was hard work carrying the Christmas baby around btu not helped by 40 mile an hour head winds at 6K and ankle deep mud. One of the other cani sport members was there with his dog. Ruby wasn’t so keen at 6k but with some encouragement we got her going again only to flatly refuse to go any further at 8.5K. He ended up having to carry her the rest of the way on his shoulders Finished my race and went back to give he a hand. Tried to by a new Blu-ray player on the way home but couldn’t use the love2shop vouchers as I didn’t know exactly how much was on each card. Quick bit of lunch before going back to Ikea to exchange some stuff, then the beer shop to pick up some supplies and finally the Hi-Fi shop to get some speaker cable. Managed to get the speakers wired in before the B’s arrived. MB agreed to go and see the last Star Wars film with me. Had an OK curry before hand. Really enjoyed the film and worth the wait. Met up with CB’s cousin for a few drinks after the film.
