Tickets Please

Found these in a tin which my dad saved years worth of tickets in.

These are potentially of interest, as they were valid during the school holidays of, as Bryan Adams may have sun, the summer of '69.

Mum and dad were both teachers, she 27, him 34, so this was their summer holiday...and dad would have of course involved travel by train.

Looking at the ticket and the stations covered I suspect I was conceived in Conwy, somewhere both mum and dad had holidayed in before.

9 months later, I arrived...on time.
