Easy Enough

I saw this idea in The Guardian this morning - Rachel Roddy's comfort food and it worked pretty well. I think the key is lots of salt, though.

Earlier, I wasn't relishing the prospect of going out for supplies, given the weather, but there wasn't really any choice. As it happened I chose well, purely by luck, and missed the fallen tree on one of the roads out of the village. There was apparently another one on the route I did take, but it either came down after I'd been through or removed before I got there.
