The teapot saga continues

Monday 13th January 2020

Everything is kicking back into gear now and there aren't enough hours in the week again. 

I heard a shout from upstairs this evening. It was Mildred. 
"Men!" she said, "They're making a pigs ear out of this!"
"What's that luv?" replied George, "I thought they were making a cuppa tea, I'm parched."
"Well we could be waiting a while with this lot. Don't they know what a button is for?" Mildred said, the exasperation was sounding in her voice by now. 
"Come on Fred", shouted John "Get this thing undone."
As Fred pushed with his feet, Bert realised something was written on the button, "Perhaps it's the instructions" he thought. But no, it simply says "Hand made with love."

George and Mildred continued to wonder whether they would ever get a cup of tea.
