Pork stock

Met up with a my friend Jack for dinner in Singapore. He took me to a Chinese restaurant that specialises in the more sophisticated Cantonese food. I let Jack order and first up was pumpkin, pork and oyster soup. Imagine my surprise when the waitress served up this foot! I went to an agricultural high school so I know this ain't no pork trotter.
