Orchid

Given the high winds and persistent rain, we made an early decision to give golf a miss today, which gave me the chance to get my hair cut this morning and otherwise potter around.

This orchid was given to us by our friend Chris when she stayed at New Year. I guess gardening is a hobby and the flowers are small so I 've tagged it for today's Tiny Tuesday challenge.

Off in a minute to look after Sophie while Kate accompanies one of her autistic students to a further education meeting at the local college, so an early post and catch up later.
