First to drop some of its petals

I accidentally brushed against the tulips this morning and this poor stem readily dropped four petals :-((

A much calmer day ..... we had a little rain but no wind :-))  It has been cold though but not cold enough for me to struggle with the dogs and their warm coats ..... they have enough hair to keep them warm.
