Fletcher ....

.... not Norman Stanley, who told Lennie Godber about the bath in six inches of lukewarm water he would be given on arrival at HMP Slade. This is Fletcher the eight-month-old spaniel who belongs to Kathryn the hydrotherapist. I felt sorry for him behind the bars of the gate into the office having to listen to Ollie dog crying at the top of her voice because she was too scared to swim in the pool. I felt so terribly sorry for her too. I thought she would love it as she really enjoys paddling.

We're going back next week when Kathryn will be assisted by Kim. I want Ollie to take to the hydrotherapy for the sake of the health of her joints but I don't want to traumatise my darling gentle dog. It's such a worry. :(
