Birthday memories

Today always brings happy and sad memories as it is my dads birthday. Happy for all the wonderful memories of dad, a man very proud of his family who idolised my mum - we all loved him very much. So sad that, at the age of 69, he passed away.
Today dad would have been 89.

So I started the day singing happy birthday to dad :)

I visited AJ this morning - she is in hospital at the moment, she was feeling better, they are adjusting treatments and hopefully being discharged in the next few days. :) [not impressed at the 45 minute queue to get into the car park for visiting]

Casual/relaxing afternoon - hair done, retail therapy and popped in to see our daughter and family :)
