Bison Chili

Bison chili with vaquero beans, New Mexico red chili powder, and chocolate. Cornbread.

This was both hearty and delicious. It’s been a while since I’ve made cornbread—I used to make it fairly regularly—and it is the most proper version I’ve made in some time as I had some bacon drippings on hand and didn’t need to use vegetable shortening.
