A lot of networking and exhibition

I had to be in town at 10 am and managed.
This was the first FSB networking and it was good.
I this time pitched my story - not my business. I think that was pretty good.
I had a good chat with a lovely lady who rund a virtual assistant business and she gave me a lot of tips for for how to get the most of FSB.
I left at 12 pm and had to kill one hour before The Glasgow Gallery of Photography was opening and went to Jessops.
I am still intrigued about the Canon R - the mirrorless Pro camera.
My Sony experience is still not good and I still want to explore the benefits of the mirrorless.
I also do not want to change brand - I have all lenses ... and not the funds to totally change.
Sammy was in the shop and I could play with the R.
I actually really like it!! Especially the focusing with the touch screen!! How brilliant is that to get the focus with your thumb while framing the images through the viewfinder?
However, I yet have to see the real quality of the images!
I could trade in my Sony with all lenses for 700 and would get Sammy's 10% ... but it's still more expensive than online ... where I could get the R with adapter ring for 1300 or so and then could then still sell the Sony ......

I left Jessops and went to the Savoy Centre to see the Street Photography Exhibition.
It was a nice selection of photographs, including my "Photoautomat".
I was immediately chatted up by two older Hobby Street Photographers who were very excited.
When they had left I had time to look at the photographs and chat to the guy running it. Michael.
It is such a nice concept - a Photography Gallery from Photographers for Photographers!
They only started in September and it is working well!!
I left a few cards and then made my way home.
It was 3 pm already!
I stopped at Paper Cup for some beans and a coffee and was home at 4 pm.
I had to leave again at 5pm to get back into town for Club555 networking!
Not much time to do anything and I only updated my IPAD for the pitch.

I was at the Casino short after 5:30pm and it was really busy.
Had a good evening, good chats with a few and was home around 9 pm - shattered.

Neil was back already and we had some leftover dinner then fell to bed.

Blipping a snap from the exhibition.
