The Wharf at Ellesmere

This morning I went to my art class then afterwards popped into Ellesmere. This is the old canal warehouse at the Wharf which is rapidly deteriorating. It was bought by a developer a long time ago and it's just been left to fall to bits. I remember when it was used as an art gallery but it could be converted into  any number of things. 

At the front of the picture is an old crane that was used in the heyday of the canals.
