Appelbol

The Monday after 3 Kings is called ‘Verloren Maandag’ or Lost Monday. It is tradition to serve (and eat!) sausage rolls or apple balls. This is the latter, a peeled and cored apple with sugar and cinnamon, wrapped in puff pastry.
