Been a long day today. As well as work, I’m doing an on-line coaching course. It’s day 3 out of 5 and getting deep. We’re talking about inner critics. Mine are Avoider, Victim and Pleaser. They are supposedly rooted in childhood experience. This makes sense to me but I’ve never uncovered that stone and I feel exposed.
