Cobwebs

Soon, it will be time to reclaim the porch from the spiders.


All summer long we see spiders everywhere, but very few webs.

In the winter there's not a spider in sight but the cobwebs continue to grow.


Is it because in winter the few spiders who survive need more web to catch less flies?

Or is it because the webs are there all year and just become visible when they gather dust.



Or is it something stranger...
