Fit4Life Banter

Seems that the coffee and banter post - Fit4Life classes are just as, or even more important than the the actual class. For 85 year old Lee this is certainly the case. Whilst most of us were hot and sweaty after the class today, Lee spent most of his time having “fun” in the class rather than expending energy so he was a bit overdressed for coffee. Whilst the rest of us were still in gym gear Lee needed a heavy wooden jumper. However, what he my have avoided during class in terms of effort he certainly made up for with his banter and stories whilst we enjoyed the coffee and conversation afterwords. He had us in stitches modelling his new Premark £2:50 baseball hat and his story of his encounter in London with a “gentleman” flasher in a gaberdine coat offering to sell him and his wife a “bike” had us in hysterics.
